artstream in downtown Rochester, NH presents Rochester's first Short Film Festival: "filmstream".

In the spirit of community, film as an art form and the area's desire for more film related events, artstream has recognized this desire and decided to help fill it. Short subject films in any genre will be accepted for review for this mini film festival event slated for November 19, 2005, from 6 - 9 p.m.

Matthew Newton from the NH Film and Television Office will give a brief introduction of the office and the resources for NH filmmakers. Bill Humphreys will speak about the importance of independent film making.

Watch short films from local filmmakers - remember, you'll pick your favorite, too.
