opened academyartworks in 1993, teaching fine art to children and adults. In addition to teaching, she ran Gallery 111 to showcase local artists and has shown her work in many galleries and public spaces.

She has collaborated with many seacoast community organizations in residency programs: The Children’s Museum in Portsmouth, Community Campus, Garrison School in Dover, The Music Hall, Sacred Heart School in Hampton and the William Allen School in Rochester and many more. She was the artistic director of the permanent children’s art exhibit in 1997, which was installed in the Sam and Anna Children’s Room at the Rochester Public Library.

Since 2003 she is operating artstream's fine arts gallery promoting emerging and established artists, and the art academy with fine art classes for kids, teens and adults.
