Inspired by Famous (And Not So Famous) Artists • Ages 8 – 12
July 20 – 24 • 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Through the ages students of art have explored master works and favorite works of art through their own eyes. We will dive into some thought provoking and inspiring methods and styles of these artists in this camp. We will use a wide variety of materials to create our own artwork inspired by five different artists –(one a day!) By using paint, drawing materials, clay and construction, printmaking and found objects our ideas will come to life during this camp. Emphasis on fun, enjoying the process and trying on an artist’s style through our own lens.
